Hello, I’m Hana. This is a quiet early morning in the countryside. Recently, my daughter has been having trouble falling asleep, which has made it harder for me to work at night. That’s what inspired me to slowly start a morning routine. While sipping warm lemon water, I cook sweet potato rice in a clay pot and prepare our usual breakfast of miso soup and rolled omelet. This peaceful time, while my family is still asleep, has become one of the most precious moments of my day. Creating a little time for myself in the morning gives me a bit more space in my heart. Even in the midst of busy days, I want to cherish these small moments that help me feel grounded.
