Moto E32 que no prende Parte 1 - Morecell

We received a Moto E32 that wouldn't turn on. We checked the battery and it read 2.5 volts, which is incorrect. We know it could be the battery or a current draw on the motherboard. We connected it to the power supply and saw a current draw of 0.001 to 0.003 mAh. Suspecting the problem, I opened PowerZ and saw that the initial current draw was 0.090 mAh. We suspected the two main lines, Vbat or Vsys, were shorted. I measured the voltage drops and found Vsys shorted. I used a camera to speed things up and saw that the heat was coming from the PMIC. I applied isopropyl alcohol, which evaporated in the center of the IC. I looked up the price of the IC online and will send you a quote. Now we wait for part 2 once I get confirmation that I'll proceed. If you like the content, let me know where you're watching from, like, and share.
