Rattray’s Sir William | If you enjoy the Old Gowrie, this blend is recommended | tasty & complex

This blend was given to me on one of our Sunday BBQ when I was smoking the Rattray's Old Gowrie. The one who gave it to me said this blend has similarities to the Old Gowrie which is one of my favourite Kentucky fire cured based blend. I must admit although not quite the Old Gowrie, but it is a rather close second, tasty & complex. The good news, it is available in the UK as well. I added some additional clips at the end for you to enjoy. Blend info: Sir William is a ready rubbed loose cut. The main ingredients are various selected Virginias, which are responsible for the round taste. Fired Kentucky, cured Indian and aromatic Thailand burley are then added, and topped by a light whiskey flavor.
