LA Lakers One Minute Zig Zag Drill
This drill was spotted during the Los Angeles Lakers Training Camp for the 2014-15 season. Each defender lateral slides against ball handlers to half court. Once they reach half court, the ball handler passes back to the baseline as the defender sprints back and closes out the next ball handler. The Lakers had each defender in for 1 minute. At the High School level, maybe each defender can play 3 ball handlers. Check out the video!
