《金剛經》破解4種人生執著:你放不下的東西,正在悄悄控制你

Have you ever felt this way—knowing a relationship is causing you pain, yet unable to leave; wanting to change things, yet always backing down at crucial moments; possessing good things, yet feeling anxious and fearful of loss? This isn't a matter of willpower. It's the effect of attachment. The Diamond Sutra is one of the most widely circulated Buddhist scriptures in Chinese history. The entire text is only a little over five thousand characters, yet countless people have read it their entire lives without truly understanding it. Many people think it's about "emptiness of all things," that it teaches you to be indifferent to everything. But this video wants to tell you: you may have read this book backwards. What the Diamond Sutra truly talks about are four attachments deeply hidden in our daily lives—the attachment to self, the attachment to others, the attachment to sentient beings, and the attachment to a lifespan. These four attachments correspond to the four most common predicaments we modern people fall into: the predicament of identity, the predicament of relationships, the predicament of society, and the predicament of time. This video doesn't discuss Buddhism or religion. We use language closest to real life to translate the seemingly esoteric concepts in the Diamond Sutra into insights you can truly apply to your life.
