Building a BA Falcon Drift Car For $5,000. Pt 1

In today’s episode, we officially start the build on Jason BA Falcon drift car. Engine would be the best place to start, but waiting for the engine crane means we focused our efforts mainly on suspension, steering, brakes, and driveline. In the front end, we modify for the front knuckles for more steering angle, modify the upper control arm brackets for more camber, replace front wheel bearings. Rear end sees new blade bushes, diff bushes, upgraded brake rotors, upgraded Whiteline 24mm sway bar, shorter urethane bump stops, and a freshly rebuilt diff stuffed with 4.1 gears and a mini spool. We also do some wiring; wiring one of the thermofans to a switch, and install some gauges.
