The elevated train service has overhead railways and train stations in Works Quarter, Little Italy, Central Island, North Park, and Holbrook. Although the trains and stations are accessible in the original Mafia game, they are inaccessible in Mafia: Definitive Edition unless mods are used (such as the one indicated in the Tools section of this video description). Lost Heaven Rail Roads, or LHRR, is the company overseeing the rail roads of Lost Heaven, including its tram and elevated railway.
