Sonic Hysteria is a fan-made soundtrack for a hypothetical sequel to Sonic Mania. It was originally created by NicoCW in 2017 and finished in 2026 with help from other musicians. A game was going to be made, but was eventually cancelled. It's a love letter to the 16-bit era of Sonic the Hedgehog, containing both remixes of old tunes and brand new ones.
