What is the ULTIMATE Knife? Probably not what you think...

Designing the ultimate knife is tougher than you may think. In my opinion its the hardest part of knife making. Especially when you are designing a knife around a certain set of parameters, and those parameters contradict each other. Whats most important, light weight, edge retention, blade length, handle comfort, usability, toughness? The list goes on..
