Engines roared, smoke filled the air, and the convoy rolled out for an unforgettable ride through the Twente and Achterhoek regions. This event honors history, freedom, and the passion of those who preserve these machines of the past. 📍 Location: HAMC, Binnenveldweg 45, Sint Isidorushoeve, Netherlands Some tanks from ww2: 🧱 Light Tanks M3 Stuart – Fast and agile light tank used in North Africa and the Pacific. M5 Stuart – Improved version of the M3 with upgraded armor and engine. ⚙️ Medium Tanks M3 Lee / Grant – Early war design, replaced later by the Sherman. M4 Sherman – The most iconic Allied tank of WWII. Variants include: M4A1 Sherman – Rounded hull, Continental engine. M4A2 / M4A3 – Diesel or Ford V8 engines Sherman Firefly – British upgrade with the powerful 17-pounder gun. 💥 Heavy Tanks M26 Pershing – Late-war heavy tank with a 90 mm gun and strong armor. 🎯 Tank Destroyers M10 Wolverine – Open-topped 3-inch gun destroyer; used by groups like the Ghost Team.
