NEW Adria Astella! Tiny House, Cabin, or Caravan?

At Caravan Salon Düsseldorf 2020 there was only ONE product that EVERYONE was talking about, and that was the new Adria Astella. It was so popular I couldn't get near it, but the kind folks at Adria took pity on me and gave me five minutes to have a quick look at this stunning...er... cabin? Caravan? Tiny House? With an MTPLM of 3000kg, it can be towed by a regular car in some countries, but in the UK its body length of 7.6m means it would need to be towed by suitable commercial vehicle. There is talk of the Astella coming to the UK but this is not yet confirmed. We live in hope! So what do you reckon? Is it a caravan, is it a cabin, is it a tiny house? Either way, it would make for phenomenal Air BnB accommodation.
