Her Ex-Husband Moved Out… and This Is How the Lawn Looks!

Hey everyone, welcome back to Biglin Lawn Care. Today we’re taking on a really big project. This lawn belongs to a woman named Becky, and her property is just over half an acre. In some areas, the grass is close to six feet tall. Becky has a back injury which prevents her from mowing the lawn herself, but her cousin who’s still in middle school is willing to help keep the lawn maintained. So I want to get everything back under control so he can take over from here. Now here’s the part of this story that really stuck with me. Becky was married for about eight years, and even after a mutual divorce, they stayed on good terms. A few years ago, on Christmas Eve, she found out her ex-husband and his new wife were homeless — and without hesitation, she opened her home to them. What started as a temporary stay turned into a couple of years of living together until they were finally able to buy their own place. A few months before they moved out though, the lawn mower broke, and the grass got away from them. That’s when her ex-husband – who was grateful for everything Becky had done them - started searching for someone who could help — and that’s how he found me. So, today’s video isn’t just about cutting an overgrown lawn. It’s about helping someone who showed real kindness when it mattered most.
