I ate the Kaga Noto Teppan Kaiseki at Aotake, the restaurant at Kissho Yamanaka in Yamanaka Onsen, Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Kissho Yamanaka is a ryokan with many hospitality perks, so I'd like to introduce them another time, but this video is just about the teppan dinner at Aotake. I've previously posted a video about the Kaga Noto Teppan Kaiseki, but this video is from my visit in the winter of 2025, so the content is different. Note that Kissho Yamanaka's restaurant does not offer day trips, so if you're interested, I recommend making a reservation for the Aotake dining plan.
