How to Approach a Painting in Different Light Conditions
I recently moved from Seattle to Arizona and have had to learn how to paint the very different kind of light that exists here in Arizona without being influenced by the PNW. In the video I show how I studied the light to be able to paint it well - and share how you can adjust to and paint very different types of light conditions. This isn't just limited to landscape painting but any type of painting - the light is different in different climates whether you are indoors or outdoors. Capturing the light well is all about focusing on creating accurate values and color spots. I have more resources to help you with these things! Color spots: https://artstudiolife.com/spots-of-co...
