Second stop: "Hitotsubu" - Spicy Meat Soba Noodles (1800 yen) This soba restaurant receives its soba noodles from the Shikaoi Agricultural Cooperative. The soba noodles are handmade and thin. The portion size is quite generous. When I entered the restaurant just before 1 PM, the rice dishes were sold out. When I left the restaurant at 1:30 PM, the soba noodles were completely sold out. This is also a popular restaurant, so I recommend going early.
