As the host nation after their impressive 2025 victory, Austria has selected 19-year-old talent COSMÓ with his song "Tanzschein". This upbeat electronic-pop track, sung in full German, draws from COSMÓ's club experience where no one danced, blending influences like Billie Eilish's introspection and ABBA's fun rhythms. It's definitely not my usual style and didn't grab me right away, but the catchy beats and playful lyrics have that grower potential.
