Imo Police Command disband tiger base
IMO POLICE DISBAND TIGER BASE, LAUNCH NEW CRIME UNIT In a sweeping reform aimed at restoring public confidence and strengthening internal security, the Imo State Police Command has disbanded controversial tactical squads replacing them with a newly established Violent Crime Response Unit. The new intelligence-driven squad was unveiled at the Police Command Headquarters in Owerri as part of efforts to deepen professionalism, accountability and rapid response policing in the state.
