This Garlic Butter Naan is soft, fluffy and tastes just like restaurant-style naan! 😍🧄🧈 🫓 Garlic Butter Naan | Soft & Easy Homemade Naan Recipe Make soft and delicious Garlic Butter Naan at home with simple ingredients. Topped with fresh garlic, black sesame seeds and coriander leaves, then brushed with melted butter for the perfect restaurant-style taste. Ingredients: • 1 cup maida • 1 cup wheat flour • Salt (to taste) • 1 tsp sugar • 2 tbsp curd • 2 tbsp oil • Water (as needed) • Chopped garlic 🧄 • Black sesame seeds • Chopped coriander leaves 🌿 • Butter 🧈 Method: Step 1: Take 1 cup maida and 1 cup wheat flour in a bowl. Step 2: Add salt, sugar, curd and oil. Step 3: Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Step 4: Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest. Step 5: Knead the dough once again until smooth. Step 6: Divide the dough into small portions. Step 7: Place chopped garlic, black sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves on a dough ball. Step 8: Roll it into a naan as shown in the video. Step 9: Apply water on the back side of the naan. Step 10: Place the naan on a hot pan with the watered side facing down. Step 11: Turn the pan upside down over the flame and cook until the naan gets beautiful brown spots. Step 12: Apply butter generously on top.
