He is the executive director of Sonrisas, an organization that has been working for over 20 years supporting children, teenagers, and families living in highly vulnerable situations. We talked about childhood, rights, opportunities, and a very concrete way of transforming reality. We also discussed his own purpose: what drives him, what motivates him, what led him to dedicate himself so much to this cause. He also shared what frustrates him in a job that is very rewarding but sometimes exposes you to injustice firsthand. Even so, Martín wants to be remembered as someone who never gave up.
