37 Open Tabs in My Mind: Navigating Overwhelm & The Paint Pivot

Sometimes, you just wake up with about 37 "open tabs" in your brain, and the only way to close them is to talk it out and take some tiny steps forward. Today was one of those days where I felt completely overwhelmed, but instead of giving in, I decided to focus on the "little things" that make a big difference.
