It was great fun and a fantastic experience to be on the KIIS 1065 Breakfast Show on Friday May 29 presenting a segment on Laughter Yoga and the general benefits of laughter. It was an early start walking through the drizzly streets of leafy North Sydney to the studio, but I received a warm welcome on arrival! The team at KIIS 1065 FM provide a genuine and uplifting energy and I was delighted be part of it even for a short time.
