The findings were announced after the Ministry of Agriculture received complaints from farmers regarding falling palm oil prices at the producer level, despite global palm oil prices and demand remaining favorable. The government has urged all business actors to return to purchasing FFB at the prevailing reference price and emphasized that it will strengthen oversight of the national palm oil trade system.
