It’s a nomadic herder people who keep cows, goats and camels They live in small villages in temporary houses made of twigs and mud and depend entirely on their livestock. Samburu are developing very quickly, their children go to school and speak English, many of them move to the cities. So far, the tribe has maintained its very unusual traditions, but they have developed a movement that can be called "African feminism." To find out about them, Leo went to the village of Samburu in Kenya and talked to the young members of the tribe, the elders, and those Samburu people who had moved to the city. He also visited the unique village of Umoja which bans men to live there, a village that Samburu women created specifically to live independently and independently, contrary to the ancient traditions of the tribe. The result of that was the birth of African feminism in a very traditional society.
