Recife and cities in the Metropolitan Region woke up with several flooded areas after heavy rains recorded during the early hours of Tuesday (5). The accumulated water in streets and avenues has caused traffic disruptions and hindered the mobility of residents in different areas of the Pernambuco capital and neighboring municipalities.
