I can close my laptop and still be inside the Matrix hours later. At the café. At dinner. With friends who deserve more than what's left of me. With family who notice, even when they don't say it. This is the epiphany map I drew when I realized boundaries weren't fixing it. It's a practice for "containing" the different Prism Selves you carry — work, friend, family, community, athlete — so you can fully arrive in each one, and fully leave when it's time.
