Ich ernte meinen Knoblauch + Zwiebeln I Woche #45 Selbstversorger Challenge

It's summer, and preserving is in full swing. I'm harvesting all the fruit from my second cherry tree and, in week 45 of my self-sufficiency challenge, I'm making cherry juice and cherry chutney, which I especially enjoy. I'm also continuing to dry herbs, like mint for tea, and I can never have enough oregano for seasoning, so I'm now making my third jar of it. I'm also filling the jars with pre-dried, air-dried herbs. In my vegetable garden, I'm finally harvesting the onions and garlic. I waited for dry days and was able to put my biggest onions yet in the harvest basket. Other vegetables are also growing wonderfully, for example, super delicious zucchini, masses of cucumbers, purple and green kohlrabi, the last of the broad beans, radishes, and spring onions. For autumn, I'm taking care of my seedlings at home so that I can continue to harvest just as much. I'm baking several loaves of bread and a delicious focaccia. I'm making soy milk and yogurt again, and I've also had another discovery in the kitchen, learning how to make something I used to only buy at the supermarket. I'm also finding time here and there to continue knitting my sweater; I've finished both sleeves. I wanted to really get going in the vegetable garden at the end of the week and prepare my beds, but then things didn't go as planned. You can find out what happened in the video.
