Will the BridgeCom Maverick operate on NXDN?

This video, was created on February 3, 2026. As of this video, the BridgeCom Maverick radio is shipping as an FM/DMR radio. However, radios like the BridgeCom Maverick, and the Anytone AT-D890UV, could receive an upgrade to add NXDN functionality in the future. This radio discusses the features of the BridgeCom Maverick, as well as showing it in operation on NXDN. I've been using this radio on local nets in the West Central Florida area with great results. The firmware used to modify this radio is available online, but is NOT sanctioned by either BridgeCom or Anytone.
