Directions: Cream butter and sugar. Add yolks, beat well. Blend in banana and vanilla, mix and set aside. In a separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda and mix well. Combine the banana mixture with the flour mixture then add chocolate chips or nuts. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks are formed. Fold into batter alternating with sour cream until completely combined.
