‘A trap the PM shouldn’t fall into’: Barnaby Joyce on Albo's controversial ‘shag’ comment

One Nation MP Barnaby Joyce has addressed Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s crude comments on the Bush Deep podcast with Nikki Osborne. The prime minister has put out a statement saying he unequivocally apologises for saying he would “shag” Kylie Minogue while engaging in a game of “shag, marry, date”. “I just think he has to be a bit cleverer than that,” Mr Joyce told Sky News Australia. “He fell into a trap, but it’s a trap a prime minister shouldn’t fall into.”
