Hey everyone! In today's video, we're going to take you to explore the beaches of Cabo de Santo Agostinho, starting with Calhetas beach, which is heart-shaped. Cabo has a small-town vibe but a lot to offer... Cabo de Santo Agostinho is located halfway between Recife and Porto de Galinhas and is an excellent option for those who want to visit wonderful beaches and escape the super crowded tourist areas of Porto de Galinhas. They picked us up at the hotel and brought us to the little church of Nossa Senhora de Nazaré, the starting point of our buggy tour, which lasts almost the entire day. The bus was very comfortable, and we were there in less than 40 minutes. After enjoying the view, you stop at the Mirante da Sogra stall where you can sample (and buy) various flavors of regional liqueurs and cachaças, such as the traditional and aphrodisiac jambu liqueur. The next stop is at the famous Calhetas Beach, also called the most romantic in Brazil, because it's shaped like a heart... Leave a comment if you think it really looks like a heart! And it's at Calhetas Beach, which has the most infrastructure in the region, that we make a strategic stop for lunch and also where we have the most time for swimming. The sea is delightful and beautiful. After enjoying this AMAZING place, we take a buggy ride along the coast, with a bit of excitement, until we reach Pedra do Xaréu beach, a beautiful beach, perfect for another swim, but you need to be a little more careful because it has some small waves and little infrastructure. Think it's over? Not at all!!! We get back in the buggy and take another long ride along the coast until we reach Enseada dos Corais beach, which is very similar to its close cousin, Muro Alto, but without all the hustle and bustle... This beach is quite well-known by locals and sought after for kitesurfing and windsurfing. The last stop on our tour is at Mirante do Paraíso (Paradise Viewpoint), which needs no introduction, after all, with a name like that, you already know that the view there will be nothing short of phenomenal...
