Hike to El Bujero (the eye) in Tenerife 🇮🇨

Challenging hike ahead! 🥾 I went on a mission to find the so called “el Bujero” (known as the eye in English) and see Tenerife from up high! ⛰ This challenging hike starts in Tamaimo, a village in the west coast of the island. On the way up we will stop at three main spots: 1. La Cruz de los Misioneros (a wooden cross which can be seen from the village); 2. Montaña Guama (beautiful views for sure here); 3. El Bujero. The hike is challenging both way, make sure you have the right shoes, sunscreen (I was burning even though I used it!), enough water and food, and something to cover you up as it can get quite windy on top! Although difficult the views, nature and the challenge make it worth it!
