Robert Noworolski showed us the strength of our mind, but above all the strength of each of us that is hidden inside. Robert Noworolski is an entrepreneur, a strategic advisor specializing in sales management, interim manager and agent of change in the processes of transformation of large and medium-sized companies. He led and co-led more than 60 consulting projects, both for corporations as well as Polish companies whose main objective was to increase revenue and profit. Outside the professional fascinated by the human mind and its potential, and within the human perception and the mechanics of achieving the objectives. He created a model of transformation of personal life under the name "Formula 8", which was presented at TEDx Rawa River.
