Verses: Hebrews 10:35-39 — NLT Hebrews 10:35-36 and 39 — MSG 1 Peter 5:7-10 — TLA John 16:33 — RVR1960 2 Corinthians 5:7 1. Keep your trust alive: Trust can weaken when our prayers don't receive the answer we expected. A loss, a diagnosis, family, marital, work, or financial problems can challenge our faith. God doesn't ask for perfect trust, but for a heart that continues walking by faith. We must entrust our marriage, children, relationships, finances, work, friendships, and future to God. Remaining in trust brings rewards such as peace, joy, restoration, provision, and strength. 2. Persevere with patience: Doing God's will requires patience and perseverance. Biblical perseverance is not passive waiting, but standing firm under pressure. Having patience means continuing to believe, obey, and move forward even when we don't yet see the fulfillment of the promise. It is an active patience that doesn't give up and rests under the care of a good God. 3. Develop a courageous faith: A courageous faith decides not to back down, no matter what comes. In difficult times, giving up may seem like an option, but we are called to keep believing until the very end. The Christian life is not free from afflictions, but Jesus has already overcome the world.
