Proof of Function: Our Ion Exchange Membrane Works (Cell Assembly + Test)

Proof-of-function test for the open-source DIY ion exchange membrane: cell assembled on camera, electrodes connected, voltage applied, ion migration verified by chemistry on each side. This is the answer to the "does it actually work though?" question. The setup shows the cell stack with the DIY membrane in the middle, live voltage and current measurements, and the observable separation happening in real time. Not a slideshow, not a simulation. A divided two-chamber electrochemical cell running a real test. What SEM TECH is (quick context): a closed-loop electrochemical mining and refining platform built around ion exchange membranes. The goal is to generate and regenerate chemistry using electricity so the system can run continuously with minimal consumables.
