A group of cavalry soldiers arrives at 'Doomed Fort,' an old, ramshackle fort in ruins. They discover it has been attacked by Indians, with several dead, and suddenly, a wounded madman appears, shooting and screaming. His name is Paul Driscoll. Paul (German Cobos) is arrested, tried, and charged by a court-martial presided over by a judge (Rufino Inglés) and a prosecutor (Santiago Rivero).
