He brought Asaf sheep from Spain and bred them in Turkey, so we asked him about their characteristics. These sheep, which adapt to all parts of Turkey, have incredible milk and meat yields. They are raised in a closed system, without pasture, just like cows. Even the lambs are raised with the same calf system, without breastfeeding their mothers. I love Asaf sheep.
