Major General Zhou Yu-huan, the parade commander and Marine Corps commander, reported the number of personnel and equipment to the President, who then proceeded to review the troops. President Chiang boarded the ceremonial vehicle, accompanied by 12 accompanying officials in parade cars, starting from Jieshou Road and touring various streets in Taipei.
