Father's Day in Mexico | Playa Del Carmen

FATHER'S DAY IN MEXICO 🇲🇽 | HYROX Training, Beach Day & Fish Tacos in Playa del Carmen Today was Father's Day, and we spent it doing what we love most: moving our bodies, exploring Playa del Carmen, and spending quality time together as a family. The day started with Dad heading to Evolve Gym for a HYROX-style workout while Mom and Oliver worked out at the condo and made a grocery run and prepared a delicious homemade breakfast. After breakfast, we picked up a Father's Day latte and pastries from Panificación Castillo before loading up the bikes and heading toward one of our favorite spots in Playa del Carmen. On the way to Punta Esmeralda, we stopped at a local fruit stand for fresh mango before settling in for a beautiful beach day. Oliver spent hours playing in the sand and making friends with local kids while we relaxed and enjoyed the Caribbean water. After biking home, we stopped to explore the Sunday flea market, walking through the local vendors and soaking in another side of everyday life in Mexico. We cleaned up, got ready for dinner, and headed to Placer Pulposo for an incredible Father's Day meal featuring fresh fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and empanadas. To end the night, we took a slow walk home through Fifth Avenue, enjoying the energy of Playa del Carmen and reflecting on a really special Father's Day together.
