Strawberry and White Chocolate Muffins Ingredients: 200g All purpose flour 100g Almond Flour 4 tsp Baking Powder 110g Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 2 Eggs 240g Milk 100g Strawberry Jam 90g Butter (melted) 130g Strawberries (cut and drained) 160g White Chocolate Preparation: Cut strawberries and drain excess moisture. Line the cupcake tray with muffin liners. Measure and sift cake flour, almond flour, and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Melt the butter. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Instructions: In a large bowl, sift the measured dry ingredients (flours and baking powder). Add sugar and salt to the dry mixture and combine. In a separate bowl, mix the liquid ingredients: eggs, milk, strawberry jam, and melted butter. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until partially combined. Add the white chocolate and strawberries, and mix lightly, leaving some lumps in the batter. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin liners. Bake in the preheated oven for 23-25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
