Total Gym - PUSH With Me
First, a big THANK YOU to Paul Johnson for supporting the channel, this week. Thank you, Paul. I was recently speaking to a friend of mine named Marilyn and she suggested that I should do a more "workout class" type of video. One where I slow it down, explain what I am doing and why, count out the reps, give little tips along the way, etc. I tried it out, last week, with my video "Total Gym - PULL With Me" and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Since everyone seemed to enjoy it and I had a lot of requests to continue with similar videos, I decided to continue on with this week's video; "Total Gym - PUSH With Me" This is still a new experience for me, so I apologize if I miss a few reps or rest a little too long between sets. I'm working on improving those aspects for future videos. This is an Intermediate level "Push" workout. It is not "advanced" or "expert" level, but it is definitely a step above a simple "beginner" routine.
