Basi sa section 31 on the Supervision of Real Estate Salespersons paragraph 2 No salesperson shall be entitled, to receive or demand a fee, commission or compensation of any kind from any person, other than the duly licensed real estate broker who has direct control and supervision over him, for any service rendered or work done by such salesperson in any real estate transaction. Ayon sa batas, si licensed real estate broker lang ang may karapatan na tumanggap or humiling ng commission kahit na ang nagtratrabaho or ang naka close ng sale ay ang salesperson. Meaning, walang karapatan ang salesperson na kumuha ng commission directly sa developer or sa ibang tao. Bakit si Broker lang?
