Pattern pieces in the full pattern are color coded - Size XSmall, Purple is head size 18"/46 cm, Small, Red is 19" / 48 cm. Size Medium is Blue (head circumference 20"/ 51 cm), Size Large is Green ( 21"/53.5 cm). The pattern is separated by size as well so you only need to print what you need and there are no lines crossing over for different sizes.
