Why everything feels pointless (its not laziness)

Have you ever known exactly what you should do—exercise, study, work on your goals—but still couldn't get yourself to do it? For the longest time, I thought I was just lazy or lacked discipline. But over time, I realized something much deeper was happening. In this video, I talk about why we stop believing that our actions matter, how criticism, disappointment or life's interruptions slowly teach us that our efforts are pointless, and why self-validation might be the missing piece. This isn't a productivity hack or a motivational speech. It's simply a different way of looking at why we lose momentum—and how we can start trusting ourselves again. If this resonates with you, I'd genuinely love to hear what you think in the comments.
