After the events that took place in Gotham, Batman is hated by a large amount of the population because he couldn't save the Mayor in time. The new Mayor, Joseph Finley, sends the police after Batman and he wants to bring him in dead or a live. In the process, Harely Quinn, Joker's lady-friend from Arkham, is on the loose and causing trouble in the city and Hugo Strange has developed a new drug that makes Harley's goons go crazy. Batman begins his journey to redemption...
