In this follow up video (number 2) I address five signs that this wasn’t going to be a good work situation. I ignored the signs because I wanted this job to work out, and I wanted to retire at this place. I quickly realized that the high staff turnover, gaslighting and boundary pushing, general incompetence, hypocrisy and triangulation were going to be the end of it. In a future video, I will unpack a few reasons why I couldn’t stick it out, and ultimately decided to leave.
