While other products are significantly affected by online shopping, the impact on the electronics market has been devastating. Consumption patterns have shifted dramatically, with people now buying cheaper items simply by comparing prices online. Furthermore, with price competitiveness waning, the number of shoppers has plummeted. Experts predict that the Techno Mart district will struggle to survive under the current system. A critical issue for themed shopping malls like Techno Mart, which specialize in a single industry, is their inability to quickly adapt to changing trends. While a struggling electronics business can easily be restructured, changing the industry in a shopping mall requires the consent of a majority of store owners. This is challenging due to the conflicting interests of the merchants, making such a change difficult.
