Wilbers 643 QS S1000RR Entlüften, Befüllung und Feineinstellung – Federbeinwartung Teil III

In the first two parts (links below), we disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled our customer's Wilbers 643 QS shock absorber, using some new components. In this and final part of the series, we test the piston's seal using a vacuum pump and then fill it with oil and nitrogen. Finally, we adjust the shock absorber's settings, including compression and rebound damping. Enjoy!
