Doran + Lost Chapter + T1 boots gives 5 stacks. Secondary runes: I always go Sorcery with Manaflow Band (fixes my mana issue) and Transcendence since I play Ziggs more like a burst mage and my build doesn’t give much ability haste. Stats shard: Attack speed → Adaptative Force → Health/level (I rarely die early on) Build: Doran 2x pots → Lost Chapter → T1 boots (Jack 5 stacks) → Luden → T2 boots (since I'm playing mid (T3 boots) but for Adc/Apc build Stormsurge before T2 boots with Cash Back it's more efficient → Stormsurge → Shadowflame.
