Peak District - Abseiling at Burbage Edge

This video sees my friend Ray & I head out for a spot of abseiling at Burbage Edge in the Peak District. My girlfriend had very kindly surprised me with the gift for my birthday, I'd not been abseiling since I was about 10 or 11 so I was really looking forward to giving it a go. We met up with the instructor called Richard at the Fox House Inn and then had a walk over to chuck our selves off some Gritstone :-) The experience was booked through Large Outdoors.
