Good Training

In one of the most high-stress professions, trauma is inevitable. Good Training follows Michael Drybread, a war veteran and corrections officer, as he confronts PTSD through endurance challenges while mentoring recruits on surviving the job. When fellow officer Danial Kadaraitis is brutally assaulted, the film shifts focus to the lasting impact of violence and the vital role of peer support. Through raw and honest accounts, Good Training shows that trauma is personal, but resilience grows through connection—and true strength comes from the courage to speak up and find a way forward together.
